Common use of Approval Order Clause in Contracts

Approval Order. The Bankruptcy Court shall have entered the Approval Order, and such order shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Investors. The Plan, as approved, and the Confirmation Order, as entered, by the Bankruptcy Court, shall each be in the form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Investors, and the Confirmation Order shall be a Final Order.
