Common use of Approval; Permits Clause in Contracts

Approval; Permits. Trustees shall assist Licensee in obtaining all necessary consents, approvals, and permits required to perform Licensee’s obligations under this Agreement, and those related to the Local Electric Utility, any Governmental Approval, and Incentive program, and any consents, waivers, approvals or releases required pursuant to any applicable tariff, contract or provision of the California Code of Regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the Licensee to secure all required approvals prior to the commencement of the System’s construction or operation.
