Approval Required for Additional Funding. City and its employees and officers are not authorized to offer or promise Co-Bond Counsel additional funding for this Agreement that would exceed the maximum amount of funding provided for in this Agreement for Co-Bond Counsel’s performance hereunder. Additional funding for this Agreement in excess of the maximum provided in this Agreement shall require lawful approval and certification by City. City is not required to honor any offered or promised additional funding for a contract which exceeds the maximum provided in the contract which requires lawful approval and certification of the Controller when the lawful approval and certification by the Controller has not been obtained.
