Approvals and authorisations. The Administrator shall prepare and submit on behalf of the CBC all necessary applications and requests for any approval, authorisation, consent or licence required by the CBC in connection with the CBC Services and the exercise of its rights and the performance of its obligations thereunder and shall, so far as it reasonably can do so, perform the CBC Services in such a way as not to prejudice the continuation of any such approval, authorisation, consent or licence.
