Approvals and authorisations. The Administrators shall prepare and submit on behalf of the Issuer all necessary applications and requests for any approval, authorisation, consent or licence required in connection with the business of the Issuer which the relevant Administrator has sought in connection with that part of their own business which is the same as that to be carried on by the Issuer and shall, so far as it reasonably can do so, perform the Services in such a way as not to prejudice the continuation of any such approval, authorisation, consent or licence.
