Common use of Approvals and Required Consents Clause in Contracts

Approvals and Required Consents. a) The Parties shall cooperate to procure, maintain and observe all relevant and regulatory and governmental licenses, clearances and applicable approvals (hereinafter the “Required Consents”) necessary for the Managed Service Provider to provide the Services. The costs of such Approvals shall be borne by the Party normally responsible for such costs according to local custom and practice in the locations where the Services are to be provided.
