APPROVALS, CONSENT AND WAIVERS. Any approval, consent or waiver required or authorized by any provision of this Agreement to be given or made by any of the parties hereto shall only be valid to the extent such approval, consent or waiver is in writing and signed by the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Vice President & General Counsel, the Senior Vice President & Treasurer and the Senior Vice President & Controller of the party to be bound by such approval, consent or waiver.
