Common use of Approvals, Consents and Further Assurances Clause in Contracts

Approvals, Consents and Further Assurances. The Shareholders shall use their commercially reasonable best efforts to obtain in writing as promptly as possible all approvals, consents and waivers required in order to effectuate the transactions contemplated hereby, and shall deliver to Buyer copies, reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Buyer, of such approvals and consents.
