Approvals, Consents and Further Assurances. Each of the Primary Seller and the Company shall use its best efforts to obtain in writing as promptly as possible all approvals, consents and waivers required in order to effectuate the transactions contemplated hereby, and shall deliver to the Purchaser copies, reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to counsel to the Purchaser, of such approvals and consents.
