Approvals, Etc. Except where otherwise expressly provided herein, whenever an action referred to in this Agreement is to be “approved” by a Party, then (i) such approval by a Party must be in writing, and (ii) such Party shall be free to take such action having regard to that Party’s own interests, in its sole and absolute discretion.
