Approvals; Executed or Certified Program Documents. (a) The Bank shall have received certified copies of all approvals, authorizations and consents of any trustee or holder of any indebtedness or obligation of the City or any governmental agency or public authority, necessary for the City to enter into this Agreement, the Fee Letter, the Bank Note and the transactions contemplated herein. (b) The Bank shall have received executed or certified copies, as applicable, of each of the Program Documents.
