Approvals, Filings, Registrations and Recordings. The Agent shall have received evidence, which evidence shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, of the granting of the approvals, and the completion of the filings, registrations and recordings (and the payment of any fees in connection therewith) listed on Schedule II and neither the aircraft registry maintained by the Aviation Authority nor the International Registry shall contain any registrations relating to the Airframe or either Engine not contemplated hereunder;
