Approvals for Issuance of Ordinary Shares Sample Clauses

The 'Approvals for Issuance of Ordinary Shares' clause sets out the requirements and procedures for obtaining necessary consents before a company can issue new ordinary shares. Typically, this clause specifies which parties—such as the board of directors or existing shareholders—must approve the issuance, and may outline thresholds or voting procedures for such approval. By establishing clear approval mechanisms, the clause helps prevent unauthorized dilution of existing shareholders' interests and ensures that share issuances are conducted transparently and in accordance with agreed governance processes.
