Approvals & Licences for the Project. 5.5.1. The Licensee shall observe and conform to all Applicable Laws relating to the Property Business Space, the Property Business Space in any way and in particular but not limited to all public and labour related issues including health and sanitation in force for the time being. The Licensee shall ensure and shall remain responsible that its Contractors and End Users shall also adhere with Applicable Laws as required in the Agreement.
