Approvals & Licences for the Project. 5.12.1 The Concessionaire shall observe and conform to all Applicable Laws relating to the Project, the Project Site in any way and in particular but not limited to all public and labour related issues including health and sanitation in force for the time being. The Concessionaire shall ensure and shall remain responsible that its Sub-Contractors shall also adhere with Applicable Laws as required in the Agreement.
