Common use of Approvals of Governmental Authorities Clause in Contracts

Approvals of Governmental Authorities. No action, consent, approval or authorization of or declaration, filing or registration with any person or entity, including without limitation, any Governmental Authority is required to be obtained or made by or on behalf of Purchaser or the Purchaser in connection with the execution, delivery and performance by the Purchaser of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby in respect of the Purchaser.
