Approvals of Governmental Bodies. As promptly as practicable after the date of this Agreement, Buyer will make all any filings required by Legal Requirements to be made by him it in order to consummate the Contemplated Transactions. Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, Buyer will cooperate with Seller in connection with (i) any filings required by Legal Requirements to be made by Seller and (ii) obtaining the necessary Consents in order to consummate the Contemplated Transactions.
