Common use of Approvals of Governmental Bodies Clause in Contracts

Approvals of Governmental Bodies. As promptly as practicable after the date of this Agreement, Buyer will make all filings required by Legal Requirements to be made by it to consummate the Contemplated Transactions. Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, Buyer will cooperate with the Company with respect to all filings that the Company is required by Legal Requirements to make in connection with the Contemplated Transactions, and will cooperate with the Company in obtaining all consents identified in Section 5.2 to the Business Plan.
