Approvals; Permits. Consultant represents that it and its subconsultants have experience and knowledge of the applicable approval and permit application requirements of any governmental jurisdiction and shall be responsible to provide the Services in the form and at the time required to obtain such approvals or permits. To the extent required by Exhibit A, Consultant shall assist District in preparing and submitting any such applications and will execute such applications on District’s behalf.
