Common use of Approved Budget Allocations Clause in Contracts

Approved Budget Allocations. Lender shall not be obligated to make an Advance of an item allocated in the Approved Budget to the extent that the amount of the Advance of such item, when added to the amount of prior Advance of such item, would exceed the amount allocated to such item in the Approved Budget. Lender reserves the right to make Advances which are allocated to any of the items in the Approved Budget for such other items therein or in such different proportions as Lender may, in its sole discretion, deem necessary or advisable. Borrower may not reallocate items of cost in or change the Approved Budget without the prior written consent of Lender.
