Common use of Approved Electronic Communication System Clause in Contracts

Approved Electronic Communication System. (a) Unless otherwise specifically identified therein, each posting to an Approved Electronic Communication System shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty by the Borrowers as of the date of such posting, of the accuracy of the information provided with respect thereto, and that each of the representations and warranties contained in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents are true and correct as if made on and as of the date of such posting.
