Approved Ground Leases. Without limitation of any other provision of the Loan Documents, the Borrower shall (a) cause the applicable Subsidiary Guarantor to perform its obligations under each Approved Ground Lease in accordance with the terms and provisions thereof; (b) promptly give notice to Administrative Agent of any event or occurrence that, with notice or passage of time or both, would constitute an event of default under any Approved Ground Lease; and (c) promptly furnish to Administrative Agent a copy of any notice given or received by any Loan Party pursuant to any Approved Ground Lease alleging any breach or default by either party thereunder.
