Approved Leave During Vacation Periods. Where an Employee qualified for sick leave, or any other approved leave during their period of vacation, there shall be no deduction from vacation credits for such absence, provided notice is given to the Employer as soon as the need arises. The period of vacation so displaced shall either be added to the vacation period or reinstated for use at a later date at the mutual agreement of the Employee and the Employer.
