Approved Mortgagee. Seller is an approved FHA, VA, RD, Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxx Xxx and/or Xxxxxxx Mac seller, issuer, mortgagee and/or servicer and is in good standing with these agencies.
Approved Mortgagee. If represented in Buyer’s Credit Application or otherwise indicated by Seller to Buyer, Seller is an approved FHA, VA, Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxx Xxx and/or Xxxxxxx Mac seller, mortgagee and/or servicer and is in good standing with these agencies.
Approved Mortgagee. 56.1 The Sub-Charterers hereby acknowledge that the Owners intend to obtain a loan from Marfin Egnatia Bank S.A. of Greece (referred to in this Sub-Charter as the “Approved Mortgagee” to enable the Owners to finance or refinance the purchase of the Vessel and enter into the Head-Charter.
Approved Mortgagee. As of the date of this Agreement, Seller is an approved FHA, VA, RD, Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxx Xxx and/or Xxxxxxx Mac seller, mortgagee and/or servicer and is in good standing with these agencies.
Approved Mortgagee. Guarantor is an approved FHA, VA, RD, Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxx Xxx and/or Xxxxxxx Mac seller, issuer, mortgagee and/or servicer and is in good standing with these agencies.
Approved Mortgagee. Borrower is an approved FHA, VA, GNMA, FNMA and/or FHLMC seller, mortgagee and/or servicer, as represented in the Lender's Customer Profile and Application, and is in good standing with these agencies.
Approved Mortgagee. Seller is an approved FHA, VA, Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxx Xxx and/or Xxxxxxx Mac seller, issuer, mortgagee and/or servicer and is in good standing with these agencies. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller is permitted to allow FHA and VA approvals to lapse if none of the Transactions under this Agreement include FHA Loans or VA Loans; provided, that Seller shall provide Buyer with prompt written notice (which in no event shall be less than five (5) Business Days) of such lapse and at such point such FHA Loans or VA Loans shall no longer be eligible for Transactions hereunder. In no event has either FHA or VA terminated their applicable Approvals of the Seller for any reason other than a lapse as described in the prior sentence.
Approved Mortgagee. As of the date of this Agreement, Guarantor is an approved FHA, VA, RD, Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxx Xxx and/or Xxxxxxx Mac seller, mortgagee and/or servicer and is in good standing with these agencies.
