Common use of Arbitration 1 Clause in Contracts

Arbitration 1. The Parties shall try to settle amicably through direct negotiations, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the present Agreement, including breach and termination of the Agreement. If these negotiations are unsuccessful, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Arbitration Rules then obtaining. The Parties shall be bound by the arbitration award rendered in accordance with such arbitration, as the final decision on any such dispute, controversy or claim. Article XV.
