ARBITRATION 6. 1 Either party may, within the time limits prescribed in Article 5 – Grievance Procedure, refer any grievance, dispute or difference unresolved through the procedures in Article 5 – Grievance Procedure, to a Board of Arbitration which shall have the power to determine whether any matter is arbitrable within the terms of the Agreement and to settle the question to be arbitrated.
