ARBITRATION 6. 1‌ Either party may, within the time limits prescribed in Article 5 (Grievance Procedure), refer any grievance, dispute or difference unresolved through the procedures in Article 5 (Grievance Procedure), to an arbitrator which shall have the power to determine whether any matter is arbitrable within the terms of the Agreement and to settle the question to be arbitrated.
