ARBITRATION AND APPLICABLE LAWS. In the event the Parties are unable to settle a dispute in connection with this Agreement out of court, they agree upon that the dispute shall be submitted to the French section of the tribunals of Brussels which shall give a verdict pursuant to the Belgian laws.
