Arbitration and Language. The head office of the arbitration will be the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, where the arbitral award will be rendered, and the arbitration will be conducted in Portuguese. The Arbitral Tribunal may, on a basis, and after consulting the parties, designate the performance of specific acts in other locations.
