Arbitration And Time Limits. 23.1. You agree that:
23.1.1. Any dispute or difference arising out of, or in connection with this contract, shall be settled amicably within 60 (sixty) calendar days from when the dispute arose. The dispute is deemed to arise at the earliest time the Insured or the Insurer has expressed in writing his disagreement (the “written notification”) on the subject matter of the dispute.
