Common use of ARBITRATION BINDING Clause in Contracts

ARBITRATION BINDING. (a) Subject to the provisions of the Commercial Arbitration Act and the Code, the decision of the Arbitration Board shall be final and binding, except in relation to a ruling by the Chairperson or by the Arbitration Board with respect to the Chairperson's or the Arbitration Board's own jurisdiction hereunder. (b) All decisions of the Arbitration Board shall be made by a majority. Nothing in this subsection (b) shall be interpreted as preventing any arbitrator from submitting an individual dissenting opinion.
