Arbitration by AAA. Any dispute regarding this Construction Work Force Agreement shall be determined by arbitration through the American Arbitration Association, San Francisco, California office ("AAA") in accordance with the Commercial Rules of the AAA then applicable, but subject to the further revisions thereof. The arbitration shall take place in the City and County of San Francisco.
