Arbitration Costs and Fees. With respect to costs associated with the arbitration under this Section 16, Executive shall only pay the JAMS filing or administrative fee up to the equivalent amount of the initial filing Executive would have paid to commence an action in the California Superior Court, County of Orange. The Company will pay any other JAMS administrative fees, arbitrator’s fees, and any additional fees unique to arbitration.
