This Agreement contains an arbitration provision under which you and Old National agree that any dispute under this Agreement or related to your Account or our relationship with you will be resolved in binding arbitration, and that you will not have the right to a jury trial or to resolve the dispute in court. This Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure, along with your fee schedule, signature card, deposit rate sheet, Account disclosures and any other account opening documents and disclosures, together, create the contract that governs your Account and your deposit relationship with Old National Bank (collectively, the “Agreement”). This Agreement replaces all previous versions of the Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure. We recommend you keep a copy of this Agreement, and any information we provide you regarding changes to the Agreement, available for reference. If you use other Old National Bank services related to your Account, they will be governed by this Agreement and the terms and conditions provided to you when you enroll in those services. If another specific agreement conflicts with this Agreement, then the more specific agreement will govern. If this Agreement conflicts with something said by one of our employees or in our marketing material, this Agreement will govern.
