Arbitration Fees and Costs; Attorneys’ Fees. Executive will be required to pay an arbitration fee to initiate the arbitration equal to what he/she would be charged as a first appearance fee in court. The Company shall advance the remaining fees and costs of the arbitrator. However, to the extent permissible under the law, and following the arbitrator’s ruling on the matter, the arbitrator may rule that the arbitrator’s fees and costs be distributed in an alternative manner.
