Arbitration Hearings, Procedures and Timing. All reasonable efforts will be made to hold a hearing on the claims submitted within sixty days after the appointment of the arbitrator. In conducting the hearing, the arbitrator is directed, where feasible and where not inconsistent with the provisions of this section, to adhere to the then-existing American Arbitration Association procedures and rules relating to commercial disputes. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the hearing shall be held in Farmington, New Mexico.
