Common use of Arbitration in Superior Court Clause in Contracts

Arbitration in Superior Court. As required by A.R.S. Section 12-1518, and subject to the limitation on Customer’s remedies set forth in Section 24, the Authority and the Customer agree to make use of arbitration in disputes that are subject to mandatory arbitration pursuant to A.R.S. Section 12-133.
