Arbitration; Injunctive Relief; Attorneys’ Fees. (a) Subject to Section 17(b), any dispute, controversy or claim between Executive and the Company arising out of or relating to this Agreement, Executive's employment with Company, or the termination of either will be finally settled by arbitration in Houston, Texas before, and in accordance with the rules for the resolution of employment disputes then obtaining of, the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.
