To submit a monetary dispute to arbitration, a Party will furnish the other Parties and the American Arbitration Association with a notice (the "Arbitration Notice") containing (i) the name and address of such Party, (ii) the nature of the monetary dispute in reasonable detail, (iii) the Party's intent to commence arbitration proceedings under this Agreement, and (iv) the other information required under the Federal Arbitration Act and the Arbitration Rules.
