Common use of Arbitration of Disputes Not Resolved by Negotiation Clause in Contracts

Arbitration of Disputes Not Resolved by Negotiation. All Disputes arising under or in any way related to this Parental Guarantee Agreement, specifically including without limitation Disputes concerning alleged fraud in the inducement of any Transaction Document or other wrongful pre-Closing conduct shall, to the extent not resolved by negotiation between the Parties, be resolved by arbitration in a consolidated arbitration involving all agreements and Parties relevant to the dispute. Any Person that is a Party to any Transaction Document shall have an absolute right to intervene in any such arbitration.

Any Person that is a Party to any Transaction Document of the foregoing agreements shall have an absolute right to intervene in any such arbitration.
