Common use of ARBITRATION PANEL DECISION MAKING Clause in Contracts

ARBITRATION PANEL DECISION MAKING. The arbitrator(s) shall meet and give each party an opportunity to present their case and evidence and witnesses, if any, in the presence of the other. As soon as possible after the hearing(s), the arbitration panel shall make a written report of its finding and decisions (by majority vote), including a personal statement by each arbitrator of his/her vote and reasons for it. Arbitration should begin, if possible, within 30 days of the appointment of the arbitration panel, and judgment should be rendered within 30 days of that date.
