Arbitration Proceedings for Enforcement. If an Event of Default has occurred, has not been waived and is continuing, the Rights Agent may in its discretion proceed to protect and enforce the rights vested in it by this Agreement by commencing arbitration proceedings pursuant to Section 6.6.
