Common use of Arbitrator's Decision is Final Clause in Contracts

Arbitrator's Decision is Final. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties to this Agreement and shall have the effect of a legal judgment. The arbitration fees and expenses shall be divided equally by the Union and the Employer. The arbitrator shall not have authority to modify, vary, change, add or remove any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement.
