Arbitrator’s Scope of Authority; Party Payment. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The arbitrator’s award shall be rendered promptly. The expenses of the arbitration and/or court reporter shall be borne equally by both parties unless, by prior agreement, the parties agree the losing party shall bear all such expenses.
