Common use of ARC COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

ARC COMPLIANCE. The Company maintains all of its ticketing stock utilized in the Business in full compliance with the safety standards required by ARC. None of the Company's ticketing stock utilized for the conduct of the Business has ever been lost or stolen and no claim has ever been made by any airline, hotel, tour operator or other travel vendor against the Company with respect to any lost or stolen ticket stock, except for such prior claims that would not individually or in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect.

None of the Company's ticketing stock utilized for the conduct of the Tour Business has ever been lost or stolen and no claim has ever been made by any airline, hotel, tour operator or other travel vendor against the Company with respect to any lost or stolen ticket stocktickets, except for such prior claims that would not individually or in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect.
