ARCHITECT DEFAULT Sample Clauses

ARCHITECT DEFAULT. The occurrence of one or more of the following events shall constitute an “Architect Default” under this Agreement: 6.2.1 Inability to pay debts and Failure to Pay Architect Consultants. At any time prior to the expiration or termination of this Agreement, the Architect is unable to pay its debts in the ordinary course of business as they come due, including but not limited to failure to pay, when due, invoices from Architect Consultants providing services in connection with this Agreement.
