Architect/Engineer's Review. Architect/Engineer through Owner's Representative will promptly review the pertinent conditions, determine the necessity of obtaining any additional explorations or tests with respect thereto, and advise Owner in writing (with a copy to Contractor) of Architect/Engineer's findings and conclusions.
