Common use of Architect’s Agreement Clause in Contracts

Architect’s Agreement. The agreement between Borrower and Architect relating to the design and construction of the Improvements.

Architect’s Agreement. The An agreement between the Borrower and the Architect relating to providing for consulting architectural services in connection with the design construction and construction equipping of the Improvements, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time with the Lender's prior written approval.

Architect’s Agreement. The agreement between Borrower and Architect relating to the design design, construction, supervision and construction of other services to be rendered by Architect regarding the Improvements.
