Common use of Architect’s Contract Clause in Contracts

Architect’s Contract. The words "Architect's Contract" mean the architect's contract between Borrower and the architect for the Project.

Architect’s Contract. The words "Architect's Contract" mean contract(s) between the architect's contract between Borrower and the architect Borrower's Architect, providing for the Projectdesign of the Improvements and the supervision of the construction thereof.

Architect’s Contract. The words "Architect's Contract" shall mean the architect's contract Agreement between the Borrower and the architect for Architect as to preparation of the Drawings and Specifications and construction of the Project.
