Common use of Architect’s Termination of Agreement for Cause Clause in Contracts

Architect’s Termination of Agreement for Cause. Architect has the right to terminate this Agreement if the District does not fulfill its material obligations under this Agreement and fails to cure such material default within sixty (60) days of receipt of written notice of said defaults, or if the default cannot be cured within sixty (60) days, commence to cure such default, diligently pursue such cure, and complete the cure within a reasonable time following written notice and demand from Architect. Such termination shall be effective thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice from Architect to the District. Architect may invoice the District and the District shall pay all undisputed invoice(s) for Services performed until Architect’s notice of termination.
