Archiving requirements for documents and drawing. The archiving duration of all contract- and product-relevant documents and drawings is at least 15 years, starting with the last delivery from series production. The SUPPLIERs shall archive and dispose of the documents and records in a way that ensures that they are not accessible to any third parties within the meaning of data protection provisions. Unless otherwise specified, documents shall be written in GERMAN or ENGLISH. Detailed agreements shall be entered into separately between RMMV and the SUPPLIER.
